Items of Interest
- At the 1/7 Council meeting, there will be public hearings for several rezoning cases as well as for text changes concerning building height and infill subdivisions and recombinations. Check out David Cox’s website http://dcoxforcouncil.com/ for more information on some concerns regarding the building height text change.
- At the 1/7 Council meeting, several items of interest will be discussed including revised rules of decorum and public comment, downtown parking requirements, cottage courts, and former Council Member Dickie Thompson’s potential re-appointment to the RDU Airport Authority despite his deliberately not keeping Council informed about the RDU quarry issue.
- At the 1/7 Council meeting, a hearing date may be set for the Raven Ridge rezoning case and for the Strickland Road rezoning case
