  • At the 1/14 City Council meeting, the Residential Infill study was sent to the Safe, Vibrant, and Healthy Community Committee, the Hillside study was sent to the Growth & Natural Resources Committee, and staff were asked to help create more awareness around property tax abatement programs for the elderly, poor, and disabled.

What to look for in upcoming meetings
  • Updates on potential bond referendums for Parks and for Affordable Housing at 1/21 City Council work session and regular meeting
  • Hearings to be set for several rezoning requests, including Leesville Road, Raven Ridge, and Willow Run South NCOD
  • Transportation & Transit Committee to discuss micromobility/scooters on Thursday at 3pm
