Community SCALE has created this information packet to quickly inform and educate residents and policy-makers of the issues facing Raleigh neighborhoods. Meetings with stakeholders, and participation in the Comprehensive Plan meetings, helped shape the new UDO to include Residential Infill Compatibility Standards.
